| Abstract:Today, China is implementing quality-oriented education. As PE teachers, we should realize that "people oriented" is the most important thing. Considering physical education in Chinese high school, we can not only pay attention to mastering of sports skills, assessment to standard and getting prizes in games, but also to that students will get happiness and health in the physical education process.At the same time, when we are teaching students, we should find the disadvantages of our teaching:excessive training elites, excessive pursuit of ranking, ignorance of students’ individual differences, limit of the student individuality development and so on. We try to find a method of teaching to improve the present situation and to realize the goal "people oriented". Considering all above, I want to take volley playing for an example, put the concept "successful physical education" into Amateur sports training in teaching high school students groups, and try to combine "successful physical education" model with volleyball training to do research. I hope I can find the feasibility, rationality and scientific nature of amateur sports training new model of high school. |
