The Dynamic Evolution Characteristics And Influence Mechanism Of Population Urbanization In Hebei Province Since 2000-2015

Since the new century,China's economic development has gradually shifted to a stage of high quality development.At the same time,population urbanization is also in a critical period of in-depth development.The report of the 18 th CPC National Congress proposed to adhere to the path of new-type industrialization,informatization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.Since then,“new urbanization”has become a hot spot for urbanization.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee made it clear that it must adhere to the new urbanization path with Chinese characteristics.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China continued to embed the core idea of "people-oriented" in all links of the development of population urbanization,and provided ideological guidance for a more stable and better development of population urbanization.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this article uses the counties(cities,districts)of Hebei Province as the basic research unit,and data from 2000,2010,and2015.First,the dynamic evolution of population urbanization in Hebei Province in the past 15 years is studied from three aspects:the development history of population urbanization,the dynamic evolution of population urbanization,and the normal test of spatial autocorrelation.Second,using factor analysis,least squares,geographically weighted regression and GIS to further explore the spatial evolution of population and urbanization and comprehensive economic power factor,social business factor,economic structural factor,agricultural factor,and openness.The spatial relationship of degree factors to explain the influence mechanism of the differences among urban counties(cities,districts)in population;At the same time,combined with the development status of Hebei Province,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of population urbanization and realize the orderly advancement of urbanization development.In the context of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,we will strive to improve the quality of new urbanization in Hebei Province,gradually narrow the regional differences in development,and make contributions to the development of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.
