Research On The Coordinated Development Of Land Urbanization And Population Urbanization In Beijing—Tianjin—Hebei

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area accounts for only 2.3% of the country's area,but the population size accounts for 8% of the country,the population is mainly concentrated in the central cities,suburban new areas,small and medium-sized cities land expansion faster but the population aggregation capacity is low,and the development of different cities,there are still unreasonable land use,population urbanization and land urbanization matching low,seriously affected the process of new urbanization in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Therefore,scientifically measuring the development level of land urbanization and population urbanization in various cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and measuring the degree of coordinated development between them is of great significance to further promote the coordinated path development of regional land urbanization and population urbanization.Through collecting the data of land and population development in 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2002 to 2017,this paper summarizes the actual situation of land and population development in depth,then constructs the evaluation index system to evaluate land urbanization and population urbanization respectively,and establishes the coupling coordination model on this basis,measures the land-population urbanization coordination dispatch in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from two angles of space and time,and deeply analyzes its changing characteristics.The grey neural network model is used to predict the coordination degree of land urbanization and population urbanization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the future,which provides the basis for further grasping the development trend of land urbanization and population urbanization and optimizing the coordinated development path.The results show that :(1)the urbanization level of population in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area is faster than that of land urbanization.The trend of land urbanization development is faster than the rising trend,and the overall trend is decreasing.The development level of population urbanization is on the rise.(2)The degree of coordination between landurbanization and population urbanization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has gradually increased,and the degree of internal coordination has varied greatly.Three cities with higher coordination levels in Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang have formed a triangular structure,and the degree of coordination of outward radiation with the three cities as the core has gradually decreased,and most of the cities with high coordination degree are concentrated together.(3)The degree of coordination of land-population urbanization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is increasing in many cities from 2018 to 2022,and the difference of coordination degree within Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is increasing gradually.Finally,combining with the present situation and empirical research of the coordinated dispatching of land urbanization and population urbanization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of land urbanization and population urbanization,such as deepening the reform of land system,improving land utilization rate and promoting land urbanization,improving the household registration opening system and narrowing the population difference between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Beijing-Hebei,improving the mechanism of urban-Tianjin-Hebei population mobility and balancing the population in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
