Ideological and political theory teachers are mostly Marxist theory or ideological and political education-related professional background,after a systematic and professional learning,have a solid theoretical foundation of Marxism,through the organization of classroom teaching activities,the ideological and political education for students,But lack of opportunities for exchanges with students,lack of in-depth understanding of the actual student thinking.The counselor is the organizer of the extracurricular education activities of the students.It is the "staff" and "class representative" of the ideological and political theory course through the social practice,the campus culture construction,the class construction,etc.,but the counselor Weak theoretical foundation,can not be confused about the problem of college students from the theoretical analysis of a profound.However,for many reasons,teachers and counselors of ideological and political theory have their own roles and do not interfere with each other.They all play a role in their respective fields and can not meet the needs of contemporary college students.problems of education goals are not formed together,the content of education did not promote the comprehensive development of students,education resources have not been effectively integrated are existence.The ideological and political education theory teachers and counselors work as the main channel of ideological and political education and the main positions,only to achieve the two teams in collaboration with people in order to meet the needs of college students grow up.Domestic and foreign literature related to qualitative analysis,less research,lack of experience supporting materials.Moreover,most of the research is from the perspective of ideological and political theory teachers and counselors to explore the issue of collaborative education,while ignoring the needs of students.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on 201 students in four colleges and universities in Dalian,and conducts in-depth interviews with individual college students.It is found that teachers and counselors of ideological and political theory are fragmented and do not meet the real needs of college students.On the basis of collating,statistics and analyzing the questionnaire,this paper discusses in detail the characteristics of teachers and counselors of ideological and political theory courses and the characteristics of college students' needs.It focuses on the analysis of the relationship between teachers and counselors in ideological and political theory The lack of cooperation and lack of specific educational goals,it is difficult to form a joint education;education content of the lack of mutual penetration and complement,leading to ideological and political education failed to promote the comprehensive development of students;collaborative education is not high enthusiasm,resulting in lack of sharing of resources integration issues,The causes of the problems were analyzed,and then put forward to strengthen the ideological and political theory teachers and counselors coordinated education.
