Study On The Scientific Research Fund Management Of Chinese University

With the continuous innovation of scientific research technology,scientific research and innovation ability-based colleges and universities gradually become an important force in social progress and technological development.University of scientific research and innovation ability has also been more attention,the state has also invested a lot of money.With the increasing investment in research funds,scientific research management issues are more prominent,bringing more attention at the social level.How is the allocation of research funds? How can it be fair and just? How can supervision be used to make it effective and reasonable? How to evaluate the benefits of the majority of scientific research workers and their projects to assess the benefits?
