The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that we have entered a new era in which we need to vigorously develop teachers' education and ask teachers to continuously improve their professional quality.Comply with the request of new era,teachers' professional development will gradually become the world trend and the trend of teacher development,and to our country elementary and middle schools teachers professional development plays a significant role.Therefore,if a teacher wants to achieve certain teaching results and not be eliminated by the time,he must develop professional development to promote pace and keep up with the time.In this article,through reading a large number of books and literature about teacher professional development,the research purpose,research significance of this topic and the research mentality,defines the concept of relative term,and to design the new junior high school chemistry teachers' professional development of the questionnaire interview outline,students love the teacher professional development and teacher questionnaire survey.The teacher questionnaire was statistically analyzed by WPS statistical software,with emphasis on percentage analysis.Combined with data analysis of student questionnaires,participating in the lectures of several chemistry teachers,understanding the current status of the professional development of new junior middle school chemistry teachers,and understanding that newly recruited teachers attach more importance to the professional development of self.However,there are still many problems that affect its development:(1)weaknesses in the professional competence of teachers;(2)the proactiveness of teacher professional development is not strong;(3)the fuzzy positioning of teacher professional development.To study the professional development of new junior high school chemistry teachers,which can serve as a model and guidance for junior high school chemistry teachers.With some excellent teachers,expert lecture summary will promote a new junior high school chemistry teachers' professional development strategies,such as the teacher wants to improve the teaching level of the individual,to solid study specialized knowledge,information technology,such as micro experiments to keep up with the trend of the society,new digital experiment course teaching,shall also have the teaching material,subject and the ability of school-based research.There are still some deficiencies in this research,for example,there is no more teaching cases of new chemistry teachers and excellent chemistry teachers.In addition,the author during the period of writing papers,the author compare yourself with other new chemistry teacher some situation,realized there are many deficiencies,compare teachers' professional development strategy and plan the future development path,starting to enhance professional knowledge,expected the later will have a very good professional development.
