The concept of "core literacy system" was proposed in the opinion on the fundamental task of the implementation of the curriculum reform.As one of the organic components of the core literacy system,the responsibility is self-evident.The responsibility consciousness of cultivating junior high school students is not only the concrete measure to implement education policy,but also an urgent and significant project.The international competition in the 21 st century is all-directional,and the competition among talents is particularly prominent.Developed countries or developing countries,in addition to cultivating talents with innovative ability and profound professional knowledge.In moral terms,the goal is to make them have a strong sense of responsibility,and then to better express their inner recognition.ask the initiative to perform and assume the commitment and obligations of individuals to themselves,to others,to the collective.Therefore,the research of this topic should arouse our due attention.Middle school students are developing at a faster pace,which is a critical period for them to start practicing their participation in social affairs.The cultivation of responsibility consciousness should also start from this point.A responsible citizen is one of the goals of the middle school curriculum standards.Junior high school students establish a sense of responsibility,In order to better integrate into society in the future,For our country in the present and future international competition is in the advantageous position to make own contribution.As the basic means of training people,education should be regarded as an important task.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.First of all,this thesis focuses on the current background research which is emphasized by the international community based on the responsibility and sense of responsibility advocated by China's social reality.Secondly,the author explains the significance of the theory and practice of the responsibility consciousness of junior high school students.Then,the cultivation of responsibility consciousness is summarized from relevant theories and policies at home and abroad.In the end,this paper gives a brief account of the research ideas,methods andinnovations of this paper.The second part is about the theory of responsibility consciousness of junior middle school students.First of all,combined with the previous research,this paper makes a comprehensive interpretation of the sense of responsibility and the responsibility of junior middle school students.Secondly,the connotation of the responsibility consciousness of junior middle school students is divided from four angles.Then,the necessity of the cultivation of the responsibility consciousness of junior high school students has been systematically discussed from four perspectives,such as inheriting the fine tradition and practicing the culture of responsibility culture.The third part is the current investigation on the status of responsibility consciousness of junior high school students.First,through the analysis of the questionnaires filled by junior middle school students in Yantai,and the observation and interview of their study and life,It is found that the problem of responsibility consciousness of junior high school students is manifested in three aspects:self-responsibility consciousness,collective and family responsibility consciousness,state and social responsibility consciousness.Secondly,aiming at the existing problems,Secondly,in view of existing problems,and excavates its reasons behind,including the student to the individual freedom absolutely,lack of family education to responsibility consciousness education of parents to ignore,the effect of school education concept makes the attention of educators in junior middle school students responsibility consciousness training is insufficient,and bad social environment for the junior middle school students responsibility consciousness training brings interference.The fourth part is the countermeasures to cultivate the responsibility consciousness of junior high school students.First of all,it is necessary to cultivate the sense of responsibility of junior high school students,and learn to define their roles scientifically,and improve their ability of education and self-reflection.Secondly,optimize the family environment,strive to improve the quality of parents,change responsibility education concept.Then,from the school aspect,hold high the fine traditional culture banner,optimize the responsibility consciousness education method.Finally,it optimizes the social environment of cultivating the responsibility consciousness of junior high school students,constructs the social atmosphere of goodresponsibility consciousness cultivation,and provides the platform to experience responsibility consciousness.
