In recent years,private colleges and universities are developing rapidly.Not only has it made an important contribution to the training of high-level talents in our country,but it has also gradually been recognized by the public.And It has gradually become a banner of our colleges and Universities.However,compared with the domestic public colleges and universities,there are many deficiencies in our private colleges and Universities,as well as compared with foreign private universities.Especially in the field of teaching staff.There are many problems such as high mobility,high rate of burnout and lack of psychological belonging.They seriously restricted the rapid and healthy development of Private Universities.Therefore,in this sense,the construction of teachers in private colleges is very urgent,and it is naturally inseparable from the scientific and sound incentive mechanism.The author is engaged in the work of teaching management in JT college University,and keenly aware of the situation and problems of teacher' s motivation.In order to encourage the teachers to love and respect their work,the school has also designed some incentive systems, including training for young teachers,imitating public schools to establish a title promotion system.But I think,owing to the widespread shortage of funds in private colleges,the construction of teachers' team is congenitally deficient,and the place of school building is affected by utilitarian thought,which has exist a hidden danger for the establishment of incentive system itself.Based on this,this paper starts from the relevant theory of the incentive mechanism in Colleges and universities,and adopts the method of questionnaire survey to analyze the present situation and problems of JT college' s incentive system.In the survey,the author designed two questionnaires,that is,satisfaction questionnaire and incentive factor questionnaire.And interviewed the problems reflected in the questionnaire.Through the investigation and interviews,the author found that the current school teachers really lack of stability,many teachers are trying to shift to other industries and public universities.In addition,the difficulty of professional promotion and the slow increase of salary,are directly affect the enthusiasm of teachers and the level of education and teaching.To solve these problems,the author believes that,the key is to improve the management system according to the present problems,and improve policies and measures,improve the professional quality and the overall quality of teachers through on-the-job training activities,design scientific and rational evaluation system,design different incentive mode for different types of teachers.Using a variety of incentives,such as salary,welfare motivation,culture motivation,JT college builds an effective and durable teacher's incentive system.According to the characteristics of the work to establish a multi-dimensional evaluation system,and in order to conduct a comprehensive and impartial assessment,JT college should create a relaxed and interactive work mode,and promote teachers to devote their energies to their work voluntarily and energetically.And eventually realize the common development of schools and teachers.
