"Strategic management" this idea originated in western countries,put forward the strategic management of enterprises is the famous management expert Chandler,he published a book about the field of enterprise strategic management book,was the first to study the related problems of enterprise strategic management.Ansoff published as early as 1976 "from strategic planning to strategic management" in the book referred to "strategic management" for the strategic management of enterprise transformation and in-depth study of continuous exploration and development of enterprises,in order to find a better survival with the long-term development of the enterprise and the prospect of a strategic choice.The new thinking mode in enterprise strategic management is the modern enterprise management,a lot of things worthy of exploration and research.JTY company is currently the most influential private teaching assistant company in the whole country.It has been 20 years old this year.Although it has great influence,it has also encountered a great bottleneck.The same as other supplementary enterprises also face the impact of the introduction of the new national supplementary provinces and on the impact of the directory,in this challenging environment to survive,must be combined with the status quo of their own advantages and strengths as well as the supplementary industry in-depth analysis,find out a line with their road of sustainable development.This paper is through the strategic management of the relevant aspects of the theory,strategy theory of difference and the theory of competitive strategy,combined with the actual situation of the development of JTY at present,further study is to determine the future direction of development strategy.Then,based on the analysis of the difficulties faced by the whole teaching assistant market and the various challenges faced by JTY,as well as the research on the curriculum reform mode at home and abroad,the paper finds out the development model and direction of the curriculum reform of the company.Secondly,according to the development of JTY company,SWOT analysis is carried out to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the company,and the strategic choice is to take the differentiation strategy.Both the company should take the product differentiation strategy,in order to implement this strategy and the design of the strategic transformation of the program,the final development of new curriculum reform "guiding case" as a transitional product of the starting point,on the implementation of the strategy of product differentiation,develop a series of personnel configuration,capital investment,market management supporting etc.in order to ensure the success of strategic initiatives,transformation.
