Nowadays,with the improvement of China's economic level,education industry has become an industry with considerable demand.The profits of the training industry have been increasing steadily year by year,and the scale of institutions has been expanding continuously.The overall quality is uneven,the industry is in serious competition and the return on investment is very low.However,for TL education and training institutions,the current business model,teaching quality and service,etc.,have big problems.This paper analyzes the macro and internal environment of TL education and training institutions,and puts forward the strategic transformation strategy of TL education and training institutions.Specific studies are as follows:This paper first summarizes the concept of Internet + education,the theory of strategic management and the five forces correlation analysis method of PEST,SWOT and Potter,which lays a solid foundation for the study of the latter.This paper analyzes the homogenization of education and training institutions.Then,taking TL education and training institutions as the research object,this paper introduces the business situation and business model,and analyzes the macro environment and competitive environment of TL training institutions through PEST analysis model and Porter five force model.At the same time,the advantages,disadvantages,bases and threats of TL education and training institutions are analyzed.According to the analysis of SWOT matrix,the strategy that TL education should adopt is preliminarily understood.Based on the above content,this paper analyzes the strategic transformation of TL education and training institutions under the background of Internet,mainly formulates the strategy of teaching quality differentiation and education service differentiation of TL education and training institutions,and explains that the periodic strategic transformation of TL education and training institutions includes short-term,medium-term and long-term development strategies.Then it analyzes the practice of development strategy of TL education and training institutions,and according to the principles of strategy formulation,it carries out strategy implementation from product differentiation,standardization,implementation of brand strategy,integration of existing resources,adjustment of organizational structure,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the strategic transformation of TL education and training institutions,including improving the awareness of laws and regulations,strengthening the core competitiveness of institutions,strengthening the brandbuilding of institutions,strengthening the brand building of institutions and combing the correct training concept.The research in this paper can be used for reference to the homogenization of TL education and training institutions and the strategic transformation in the context of the Internet.At the same time,it has a certain guiding significance to the strategic transformation of the same industry and other companies of the same type,and to a certain extent,it enriches the theoretical basis of the strategic transformation of education and training institutions in the context of the Internet.
