The educational technology ability of teachers in primary and secondary schools is of great concern in educational information,and it is regarded as one of.the core competencies in their professional development.At present,the Normal Specialised Postsecondary Colleges have been cultivating primary school teachers.Public class exposes a contradiction between the traditional teaching mode and the development of student education technology ability according to Modern Educational Technology,which cultivates and enhances the core curriculum of the educational technology ability of the higher vocational teachers.The theory of activity provides a framework for the teaching of public education in modern education technology.It transforms traditional teaching into group activities.Based on the analysis of research on the theory of activity at home and abroad,this paper draws lessons from the research ideas and methods of application theory,the development of the course,applies the theory of activity,the construct theory of constructivism learning theory,the general process model of learning activity system,and then apply the process model to design the "modern educational technology" learning activities of the content of "public education technology" and the analysis result of learners.The author implemented the seven learning activities in the first semester of 2016 to 2017 school year,including comprehensive teaching elements,evaluation,selection and design of media resources,selection of appropriate teaching,Research using design research,questionnaire and interview survey methods,and from teacher reflection records,classroom observation records and evaluation scales and other tools to assess the teaching process.It is proved that the "modern educational technology" public course based on the form of learning activities can help the students to construct the theoretical knowledge autonomously,and can obviously improve the learners' comprehensive and multidimensional teaching factors to select and design the media resources and design teaching ability,High-level thinking and ability to solve problems.
