As we all known, our society is in a dramatic changing information era. Information technology has became a technology with the fastest development and the widest impact. And it not only bring great changes in Political, economic and cultural life, but also make education more global, digital. Teachers should enhance their teaching ability to meet the changing educational situation constantly. On the international level, UNESCO issued the Information and Communication Technology Competency Standards for Teachers in January2008, at the same year, the U.S. National Educational Technology Standards for teachers was issued too after a amendment. On the domestic level, the ministry of education has issued the teacher Education technology Competency Standards (Trial) and so on. It means teachers’ educational technology ability has became an important indicator to measure teachers’ skills and a key for promote educational informationization. So, to enhance teachers’ educational technology ability has no time to delay.Meanwhile, the activity-based instructional design theory gradually attract the attention of educators. Learning activities to promote learners’ cognitive processing externalization; Abundant learning activities can be more effective to develop learners’ ability; Activity-based teaching is more easy to achieve the goal that to respect for learners’ individual differences. These features prove that the instructional design of activity-based theory can provide different from the traditional and effective instructional design model for Primary and secondary teachers’ education technical skills training. Presently, LAMS is the most widely use and most efficient tool for learn design and support. It integrates activity design, publishing, learning, and monitor in one, and provides to users with a powerful and easy-to-use interface. And LAMS can support online distance learning and face-to-face learning in the computer classroom, that makes teaching and training more free with less restriction.Until2011, After four period training with my participated, I have a deeper understanding to training. On the basis of experience, this study proposes a design pattern of activity-based theory training activities, with LAMS as a platform. Then, this model applied to the training practice to verify its validity.
