The Intervention Of Group Work In The Community Integration Of "the Aged Roaming Group"

This article is aimed at the aged roaming group in kunshan city,so as to kunshan city "will no longer lonely--" drift "old community integration plan" project,through the design,operation and evaluation of the program,to the aged roaming group community intervention into the problem.The author used interview method and questionnaire survey to investigate118 drift of the old manin the community of J,and from the language and culture,interpersonal interaction,community participation,psychological emotion,social security of the five aspects to analyze their community into the situation.It sums up the the aged roaming groupexist in the process of community into the language and culture adaptation,interpersonal communication and psychological adaptation,community participation and the demand of social security.Identify the objectives of the project based on requirements analysis and take a team approach to the project.Under the guidance of the team work interaction patterns,the analysis and summary of the group activities were analyzed and summarized under the requirements and target design group activities of the "old drifters".The author from the service object,social work,community,project financial control and output effect assessment project implementation effect,understand the group work method in "old floating clan community into the program" effect,and from the government,communities,families and social workers four aspects to this special group of the aged roaming group integrated into the countermeasure advice in urban communities,thus to promote the aged roaming group integrated into the urban community life.
