Investigation On Educational Expectation Of Parents Of Pupils In Frontier Minority Areas

Hulun Buir is located in the northern border of the motherland,is a multi-ethnic region,living in Han and Mongolian,known as the "three national" Ewenki,Oroqen,Daur,32 ethnic minorities.With the change of social system,economic system and the impact of foreign culture,the education consciousness of the parents in the ethnic minority areas in the border areas is also changing.This paper mainly studies the characteristics and differences of Ewenki Autonomous Banner Han Pupils Parents and Mongolian,Daur,Ewenki,Buryat Mongolian Pupils Parents' educational expectation,and the influencing factors of parents' educational expectation changes,then put forward some constructive suggestions to help guide the education of parents,parents make the right expectations of children.Study on teacher education expectation theory,psychology theory and recent development region based on self efficacy sense of expectation theory and the theory of management,combined with the use of questionnaires,documents and interviews,on the Ewenki autonomous region,the first and the second different ethnic Primary School Pupils Parents issued questionnaire,and on the part of the Mongolian,Daur,Ewenki,Buryat Mongolian pupils parents were structural and non semi structural interview.According to the characteristics of expectations of parents of pupils education Ewenki region showed,puts forward reasonable suggestions.
