| Happiness is the eternal task we have been pursuing,and professional happiness is the most important measure of teachers’ happiness,that is,the sense of achievement and satisfaction that teachers get in their work.The belief in a just world is the belief that the world is just,in which people get what they deserve and get what they deserve.Faith in the just world affects the mental health of individuals and can give people a sense of security and control.Forgiveness can be divided into forgiveness of others and forgiveness of oneself.Forgiveness of others is the psychological process of treating the offender with kindness instead of hatred after being hurt by others.Forgiveness is the process by which an individual decides not to dwell on his or her own mistakes and to turn an attitude of self-loathing into a process of accepting his or her own psychological change.Whether it is just world belief or forgiveness,it can buffer bad emotion and protect individual’s mental health.Both have prosocial nature.In previous studies,justice has been studied.World beliefs and forgiveness are studied separately,and the correlation between them is rarely explored.Moreover,there are few studies on the relationship between the two and the professional well-being of primary school teachers.This study,while exploring the occupational well-being of primary school teachers,focuses on the belief in the just world,the relationship between forgiveness and professional well-being.To examine the mediating effect of forgiveness on the belief in the just world and career happiness,the study used the questionnaire of belief in the just World compiled by Zhou Chunyan and the forgiveness scale compiled by Hearland,and the Job of Primary School Teachers by Qiao Shuang.Industrial Well-being scale.A total of 290 questionnaires were distributed to teachers in several primary schools in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province.The total valid questionnaires were 278,and the recovery rate was 95.90.The results of this study are as follows:1)The belief in the just world of primary school teachers is not affected by marital status,class teacher,professional title,teaching age and so on,but it is influenced by gender,educational background and whether or not they hold posts.2)The level of forgiveness of primary school teachers is influenced by marital status,teaching years,income,honorary title and so on.3)Primary school teachers’ occupational happiness is affected by marital status,whether they are class teachers,academic qualifications,professional titles,teaching years,teaching subjects,weekly workload,income,whether they hold posts,honorary titles,and so on.4)The level of forgiveness and professional well-being of primary school teachers are significantly positively correlated with their belief in the just world,and teachers’ belief in the just world can predict teachers’ professional well-being.Teachers’ forgiveness can predict teachers’ professional well-being,And the level of forgiveness of teachers can be predicted using just world beliefs.The belief in the just world has a direct impact on teachers’ professional well-being,and forgiveness plays an intermediary role. |
