Happiness is often defined as a feeling and state of individual's satisfaction and a positive inner experience.There are three aspects of happiness including subjective well-being,psychological well-being and social well-being.Teachers' sense of happiness is the experience of a sense of satisfaction and the feeling of the meaning and value of life in their own career.The level of the primary and secondary school teachers'sense of happiness in our country is uneven and there are still a lot of problems in the realistic work of teaching and learning.However,in the research of mental health of primary and secondary school teachers,the studies of job burnout accounted for the majority,the studies of happiness were relatively few and most of the research to explore the factors influencing teachers' well-being are focused on some simple investigation research.Primary and secondary school teachers as the main force of our countries' basic education,its experience of happiness will directly affect the quality of education and teaching.Therefore,it is urgent to study the teacher's happiness and its internal and external influencing factors.This study aims to examine the objective external factors and subjective internal factors influencing the well-being of primary and secondary school teachers,and then provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the well-being of teachers.Used four scales like?Proactive Personality scale???Calling Scale???Satisfaction With Life Scale?and?The Meaning in Life Questionnaire?to test 470 primary and secondary school teachers who from four cities(Xi'an,Yulin,Hangzhou,Guangzhou)all over the country.Starting from the demographic variables that affect the sense of happiness of teachers,select the teacher's gender,school age,geographical,school type,monthly income,education level six factors to explore its sense of happiness The author analyzes the internal influence mechanism of the active personality and the professional mission sense on the well-being of the teachers.The results are as follows:(1)The primary and secondary school teachers' happiness index is on the middle leve.(2)The effect of demographic variables on the well-being of primary and secondary school teachers is that the difference between male teachers and female teachers is not significant,and urban teachers are significantly higher than those of rural teachers.Teachers with 10 years old and above are significantly higher than those of 10 years Teachers,teachers in key schools are significantly higher than those of non-key institutions,the monthly income level of teachers,the impact of education on their well-being is also significantly different,the higher the monthly income,the stronger the sense of happiness,education The higher the happiness,the stronger the experience of happiness.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between teacher's initiative personality,professional mission and happiness,and the active personality and professional mission have significant positive predictive effect on happiness.(4)Teacher initiative personality through the sense of professional sense of mission,meaning and value of the dimension of happiness has an indirect positive The Conclusions are as follows:(1)The primary and secondary school teachers' happiness index is good,and will be the teacher's own area,school age,school type,monthly income,education and other factors.(2)The personality characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers and their professional mission will have an impact on their well-being:the personality of the personality groups of teachers in the work to feel a strong sense of professional mission,the teacher's sense of professional mission to promote the individual to find their own meaning and value of life,and then have more happiness experience.
