| Physical function training originates from rehabilitation field,mainly for doctors to design special physical recovery plan for patients who are weak after surgery,through training,it helps to restore body function and shorten recovery time of patients.Because of the good function of the physical function training in the medical field,the field of athletic sports and the field of physical fitness have been introduced,and the positive results have been achieved.Under the guidance of the idea of "health first",physical education is also undergoing various reforms.The reform is carried out in many ways,which is important for effective and innovative teaching contents and teaching methods.According to the theory of body function training and the advice of experts,this study formed the body function training plan of this research,and implemented it for the experimental subjects.While the experimental group was trained and intervened,the selected control group was trained in the traditional way.After 12 weeks of training,the speed indexes of the experimental group and the control group(50 meters running,reentrant running)and the strength index(standing long jump and front throwing solid ball)were tested.The test results showed that the speed quality and strength quality of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,especially the strength quality.Through the analysis of this study,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)the improvement of physical function training for junior middle school students’ upper limb strength,lower limb strength and trunk strength is obviously better than the traditional physical fitness training.The physical function training method is more consistent with the strength in the specific form of strength.(2)the effect of physical function training on speed quality is better than that of traditional training.Physical function training has obvious advantages in improving the overall strength of the muscles,the flexibility of the nerve,and the coordination of the muscles.(3)from the point of view of training,the traditional training methods and physical function training methods have their own characteristics,and all improve the students’ speed and strength quality.The combination of the two can play a complementary role and further improve the physical quality of the students. |
