Aerobics is a kind of sports which bases on flexibility and coordination, centerson intensity and strength to perform aesthetic and aperiodic skills. Athletesdemonstrate their ability of consecutive performances of complexity and high strengthoperation in a predetermined period of time. It requires athletes to finish difficultdynamic and static actions in a three-dimensional space. It urges athletes to finish thelift, support and co-ordination and other complex combination of actions frequentlysubstantially and smoothly. During the process of finishing those actions, Athletesneed to have a good physique, trunk strength is particular and the strength of waist,abdomen and back strength is an important part of the trunk strength and they also canstable human body. The strength of the core area muscles is a key role to improve thephysical fitness of Aerobics Athletes.“Core area” refers to the body parts of intermediate links, which is the wholecombination of waist, pelvis, hip joints area, including the parts between shouldersand pelvis, containing the muscles of the back, abdomen and the pelvic part. Corestrength can stable body parts, control movement, pass strength between upper and lower part. Core strength is not only the main body ability to core stability, but also isthe trigger to give initiative strength in competitive sports. The core strength exists inall sports, and core strength training is particularly important for competitive sports.Core Strength Training plays an important role for competitive aerobics: Firstly, Corestrength training can help Aerobics Athletes to stable body and maintain good posture.Secondly, Core strength training also contribute to efficiently complete the difficultcompetitive actions. Thirdly, core strength training helps Aerobics Athletes to enhanceSpecial Forces. And core strength training can effectively prevent sports injuries.This paper use methods of document research, mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and experiments to research30Competitive Aerobic Athletes inthe first secondary school in Zibo City, Shandong Province during the three smallcycle training. And it concluded as follows:1Core strength training has a method of single practice,the practice include a lotof training means.All of these methods can improve the physical quality of aerobicsathletes.Especially use the Swiss ball and everywhere of standing and sitting up thesetwo unstable practice method, both improve the athlete’s physical quality and thebalance ability of the competitive aerobics athletes.This core strength training methods can really improve the overall athletic ability of the competitive aerobicsathletes.2core strength training can obviously improve the Aerobics Athletes’ physique.When doing exercises, especially the difficult ones, powerful body strength can savepower for to strength athletes and he can be more rapidly and accurately to finishcoordination actions.3compared to traditional waist strength training, core strength training canincrease competitive aerobics athlete’s physique faster, and more comprehensively;and it can more effectively improve the aerobics athletes’ performance.4the effect of core strength training on physical conditions only can be showedafter more than two small cycles of training. After one cycle of training, although theaverage scores improved but the it’s not significantly different from the previous score.Two small core strength training cycle later, the results of the experimental group wassignificantly different.5Aerobics Athletes’ core strength training can strengthen the body balancestability. The difficult movements cannot be separated from the torso stability,especially the difficult action of group C (jump) and Group D (balance and flexibility). It holds the stability of body and helps to better control body posture during swivelaction and air jump class action.
