specific physical fitness is the basis for obtaining the best competitive performance,and core strength is the basis for specific physical fitness.Badminton as a net type of attack and defense rapid conversion of sports,athletes need to carry out multi-directional rapid start,change of direction,sprint and emergency stop and other sports on the field,the body center of gravity is in a stable and unstable state of repeated switching,this specific feature determines that badminton players have extremely high requirements for the ability to control physical stability.As a new type of modern physical training,when using wave speed ball training,it can well simulate the technical movements in the unstable state caused by rapid change of direction,acceleration and emergency stop in badminton competition,helping young badminton players to effectively enhance physical stability,promote the development of specific physical fitness,and improve sports performance.In the past,the research of core strength training mainly focused on the aspect of traditional core strength training for stability improvement,and there were few studies on the training effect of the core strength training method of wave speed ball,especially its relationship with specific physical fitness development.In this paper,a set of core strength training methods for adolescent wave speed ball were designed by using the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to take 16U12 young badminton players from the C+ Yuyan Badminton Base in Qingshan District,Wuhan As experimental objects,aiming to explore the differences between wave speed ball and traditional core strength training methods on the specific physical fitness development effects of young badminton players,and provide training methods for young badminton coaches to effectively improve specific physical fitness.The study concluded that:(1)By using wave speed ball to create unstable factors during the practice of traditional core strength training methods,the core strength can be more effectively improved,which in turn can improve the specific physical fitness level of young badminton players.(2)Compared with the traditional core strength training method,the use of wave speed ball for core strength training can more effectively improve the specific speed and sensitivity of young badminton players.(3)Compared with the traditional core strength training method,the use of wave speed ball for core strength training can more effectively improve the specific strength endurance and rapid strength of young badminton players.(4)There was no difference in the improvement of the specific aerobic endurance level of the young badminton players between the two different training methods,and the reason remains to be further studied.
