| In the background of the student physical decline,hope that through the reform of teaching mode,improve students’ sports skill and physical quality.Therefore,this paper puts forward the teaching mode of integration of inside and outside class,try in the primary school,through the physical fitness test,skill evaluation and other means to test it.The specific research methods research methods including literature,experiment,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical reasoning and other research methods,Yancheng City Experimental Primary School 51 class 52 and class 80 students,divided into control group and experimental group were used to research the one term experiment.In order to ensure the objectivity of the experimental results,Before the experiment group of experimental group and control group were excluded the amount of interference,to ensure the equivalence of the experimental group and the control group,the control group used the traditional teaching mode,experimental teaching process pay attention to the cultivation of students’ interest in learning,cooperation,and strengthen the organization through extracurricular sports activities,strengthen home school sports,to make sure that the students at home,the school can do sports preview and review,consolidate and promote classroom learning has certain cohesion and extracurricular sports activities.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the experimental group students can realize the teaching mode of integration of inside and outside class value,can adapt to the teaching mode of integration of inside and outside class;(2)the integration of teaching mode of teaching can improve students’ physical quality,enhance the greater than the control group,and there are significant differences;(3)teaching mode of integration of inside and outside class that can promote the students’ mastery of motor skills,and there are significant differences with the control group.According to the experimental process problems,put forward the following countermeasures:(1)to strengthen the organization and management of extracurricular sports activities;(2)the establishment of an effective home school sports;(3)pay attention to the improvement of the teaching quality;(4)the integration of classroom should be combined with the actual school. |
