High Efficiency Teaching Of Primary Mathematics Based On Knowledge Classification And Goal Orientation

How to achieve high efficiency during teaching(HET)is always a popular topic.However,most available knowledge and guidelines about the issue are experience-based until now.There still lack scientific foundations to guide the teaching process to approaching high efficiency purpose.The present thesis systemically studied the availability of Psychology of Learning(PL)in teaching,in specific,the Category Theory of Knowledge(CTK)and Goal Orientation Theory(GOT).After summarizing the experience-based knowledge of HET,we then have a systematically study on CTK and GOT.At last we try to apply the two theories in our real class teaching.Results reveal that the efficiency of teaching is significantly improved by comparing to the teaching which solely employs the experience-based knowledge or without any knowledge.During the practice of applying CTK and GOT into teaching,the following conclusions are obtained.1.CTK and GOT can be applied in Wisdom Teaching,if a teach takes the cognitive strategy as the goal orientation and the mathematic attainment as the disciplinary knowledge.2.The strategies to achieve a high-efficient teaching are 1)setting up the teaching idea as‘teaching is for learning',2)enlarging the efficiency and competence,3)establishing the zone of proximal development(ZPD)among the learning community thus set up the long-term learning strategy for the students,and 4)processing the teaching methods and knowledge structure with high efficiency.3.The key factors to achieve a high-efficiency teaching include: 1)the realizing of teaching goal with high-standard,2)the inclusion of high-level content,including the fundamental activity experience,the questioning capability,the emotional attitudes and values.3)The specifically directed aim of a teaching,such as the mathematical literacy,metacognition,wisdom edification,happy education,and so on.
