The teaching design is a process which based on the teaching object and teaching goal, to confirm the reasonable teaching start point and end point, arrange the teaching every factor and form the teaching plan. It is a study of using the system method to resolve the teaching problem, and its aim is to enhance the teaching effect and quality, to make the student can learn more knowledge in the unit time, raise mostly the every side ability of student, and let the student get the good development.Recently, the teaching theory which instruct the teachers to do the teaching design most belong to the field of philosophy and experience. Its advantage is to provide the general principle instruction, and can reflect the rule of education and teaching, and can reflect immediately the need of the society. But it has some the limit and lack of the action method, it is difficult to instruct the teaching practice, using of this method, the teaching development is slowly to practice. The theory of"knowledge classification and goal guiding teaching"which created by Sao reizen and Pi liansheng and so on, it can tell clear the teacher what to do and how to do, and practice easier, using this theory to train teachers, the teacher professional development is relative quickly, the teacher can base up the goal to make the suitable teaching design and choose the more effect teaching strategies.This paper firstly based on many literature study and practice investigation, summary up the exist main problems in teaching, under the background of effect teaching, to do the scientific teaching design, and get the high effect teaching goal. When introduced the theory of"knowledge classification and goal guiding teaching"analyzed the instruction of this theory for the primary mathematics teaching design and the meaning of the new teachers growing up quickly, and combined the reality teaching, put forward to"the application based on knowledge classification and goal guiding teaching theory in primary mathematics teaching"and the relative"teaching lesson edit formation", at last, based on the teaching model, this paper did the teaching design as example of《the basic recognition of the fraction》, and through the method of teaching experiment, did the check and analysis for the effective of teaching design.This paper provided the reference for the teaching teachers and relative research staffs.
