Self regulated learning is a kind of learning method that students use their learning strategie s consciously and effectively under the guidance of teachers.Learner autonomy is a kind of learn ing style advocated by the curriculum reform of senior high school.It not only meets the require ments of quality education,but also lays a solid foundation for students' lifelong learning.It is al so necessary for students' personal growth and social development.However,there are still a lot of resistance,problems and confusion in the concrete practice of cultivating high school teachers'autonomous learning ability.This situation is particularly prominent in weak high schools.This study has positive practical significance for improving the learning style of weak high school stu dents,improving their quality of learning,and effectively promoting the reform of senior high sc hool curriculum.This study uses literature research,investigation and other research methods to explore the main problems existing in the independent learning of weak high school students,analyze the ca uses and propose specific solutions to the problem.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the source of the research topic,the purp ose and significance of the research,research methods,combed the relevant research literature,d efined the key concepts.The second part expounds the importance and necessity of cultivating students' autonomous learning ability.Student independent learning not only meets the needs of the changing develop ment of the times and promotes the individual development of students,but also is the basic requ irement of the new curriculum reform.It is also an important way for the weak senior high schoo I to improve itself.The third part analyzes the current situation of weak high school students' Autonomous lear ning.Through the questionnaire survey and interview survey found that the students' autonomou s learning and the main problems are:learning motivation,learning habits,learning,learning met hods,weak lack of problem awareness,learning efficiency is not high.The root causes of these p roblems are the students' Non intelligence factors,teachers' teaching methods and school-based t eaching and research.The fourth part discusses the countermeasures to improve the independent learning ability o f Weak Senior High School students.These countermeasures mainly from two aspects of school and teaching of Politics:one is the strict classschool construction,students' learning behavior,cu ltivate students' autonomous learning habit;the second is to strengthen the research on teaching,formed a set of applicable weak high school teaching method and learning mode.By strict politic al means to help students develop good learning habits,to rigorous school to create a good atmos phere for learning,high school learning teaching method of autonomous learning to help student s develop their autonomous learning ability.
