The child is the hope of his patriarch.In different age stages,there are different expectations of their patriarchs for them.In the preschool stage,the patriarchs want the child to grow up happily and healthy,when he goes to school,the patriarchs hope that he does not only have good health,but also have good study and another aspects.Then the child was expected do something successfully after entering society.In order to make the wishes come true,the parents need to company the child care fully.Elementary school is the key period to the child body and mind development,and the parents should accompany and guide him patiently.However,in our real life,part of the parents can't accompany the child for various reasons or the patriarchs accompany him with improper way,thus the patriarch can't provide in a critical period of physical and mental development of children with effective help.Through empirical investigation,this study explores the company behavior of the patriarchs for the elementary school students.The results processed by statistical software SPSS 21.0 and excel show that:the overall situation about the pupil's patriarchs accompany them is unsatisfying.There were many parents who spend little time accompany and communicate with their children,and the indispensable behavior is missing.About the thing of patriarchs accompany the children,many pupil's fathers are inferior to the mothers,that is to say,many of mothers accompany children with much time and more attentively.By comparison,we can also know that grandparents in accompanying behavior is the worst.As a whole conditions for the patriarchs accompany with the pupils,there are some specific questions:a great number of parents spend little time to accompany their children,especially most fathers are in the absence of their children growth;a lot of the patriarch in the process of accompanying have no communication with their children,just only pay attention to the pupils' school textbooks homework and ignore the cultivation of children reading habits and learning initiative;they don't pay much attention to the pupils' independence,sports and entertainment,mental state and so on.Based on the above conclusions and the existing problems of elementary school students patriarchs accompany,the author gives the following suggestions:Firstly social should attach great importance to the problem,to find a way to improve the quality of the patriarchs.Secondly in accompanying the children,the patriarchs should allocate with role according to the actual situation,but parents should undertake the main responsibility.Thirdly parents should strengthen the communication and exchanges with their children.Fourthly parents should pay attention to training children reading habits and initiative of learning.Fifthly parents should let children do what they can do when accompanying children.Last in order to let the child develop good exercise habits,parents should spend time do sports with children.
