The Improvement And Promotion Of"Accompany" Practice Mode:"Grid Accompany" Practice Mode

This study is based on two realistic background. Firstly, the issue of Left-behind Children attracted a lot of attention since1994, which correlation study were one after another and had made considerable progress. But the direction and content of these research were empirical study of descriptive or explanatory while much more than those on practice about Left-behind Children Services. Secondly, under the background of building the Harmonious Socialism, The government attached great importance to the issue of Left-behind Children and social work services become an important means of implementation services at the policy level. This created a conflict between the expanding demand and lacking the practice research of social work. Therefore, how to take the practice of social work service model to improve service effect had great research value. This paper is through the reflection of "accompany" practice mode of intervention effect of Left-behind Children Services so that put forward a more reasonable mode of social work practice:"grid accompany" practice mode.This research mainly adopted the literature method, interview method, questionnaire and action research method. Full text includes four parts. The first part is introduction, which mainly describes the research background, significance and methods, etc. In addition, it simple combed related literature review about Left-behind Children. The second part assessed the demand situation of the service object. The third part describes the survey and reflection about "accompany" practice model intervening Left-behind Children service. The results showed that "accompany" practice model had three shortages. First,"accompany" practice mode in the demand forecast is too narrow, not suitable for community service; Second, the "accompany" practice mode service is relatively single, not conducive to effective integration of service resources. Third, on the condition of limited resources,"accompany" practice mode occupied more network resource, which didn’t comply with the Code of Ethics that equal service in social work. The fourth part is based on the reflection, citing the concept of "grid" in Public Management, practicing the idea of accompany in "accompany" practice mode, putting forward the "grid company" practice mode by using methods such as case management and so on, making a description of the model from the aspects of theoretical basis, conceptual framework, the process of practice, and case analysis. Finally is the conclusion, the author discusses the popularization of "grid company" practice mode and think that this practice mode fits the complex mass demand, has the necessity and feasibility of the promotion in the social work development and services.
