Thus, it is necessary to reflect the problems of education punishment in junior middle school, and explore scientific and effective countermeasures of education punishment.Paper mainly adopts literature method, questionnaire investigation and case analysis method.The first investigation about the present situation of education punishment in Jinzhou junior midlle school,then statistics and analysis the survey result data,to understanding the problems of education punishment in Jinzhou junior midlle school.Mainly include teachers’ insufficient understanding of education punishment, the method used improperly, teachers’ lack of understanding of students’ psychological development, and the lack of the relevant specification system as the basis of education punishment. And then analysis the causes of the problem of education punishment in junior middle school,Teachers’ understanding of education punishment is affected by multiple factors, teachers’ education quality is not high, teachers ignore the junior middle school students’ physical and mental development characteristics, and education punishment lack of the relevant specification. Finally according to the characteristics of the Jinzhou city junior middle school students,put forward the countermeasures that practical and realistic and up to the present problems of education punishment junior middle school.Improve teachers’ consciousness of education punishment, straighten the teacher education punishment of attitude, and establish an effective classroom management, establish specific implementation mode of education punishment. In this way can we guarantee the education punishment play its due role in education, make students healthy development.The paper advocate teachers use education punishment seriously and scientificon the basis of reflecting the problems of education punishment in junior middle school。It is not only beneficial to the smooth progress of school education, but also to help students to correct mistakes in time.
