Study On Postgraduates' Synergetic Cultivating Model Of Universities And Enterprises

Graduate education is not only the highest level of higher education,but also an important channel for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in China's socialist modernization.The cooperation between universities and enterprises is an important way to improve the quality of postgraduates and to cultivate practical,comprehensive and international high-quality talent The cooperation between universities and enterprises is a new talent training model for cultivating innovative talents,even more,it is an important measure to promote the reform and innovation of higher education and improve the quality of personnel training.The collaboration is based on their own or common target,to achieve functional complementarity and resource sharing and to achieve the objectives of high-level personnel training by working together on the information,knowledge,resources and so on.However,there are still many unreasonable and imperfect aspects in the coordination between colleges and enterprises.In this study,a large number of literatures were read and analyzed,And used of case studies and other research methods.From the perspective of "the combination of education and productive labor" and "synergetics",Divided the model of university-enterprise collaborative postgraduate training into three types,and supplemented by explaining the cases.According to the different leading position of the university and enterprise in the process of collaborative postgraduate cultivation,the school-enterprise cooperative postgraduate training mode is divided into business-led model,university-led model,and co-led model.Respectively using IBM and TongjibUniversity to cultivate large-scale mainframe technical personnel,East China University of Technology and Siemens and Southeast University and Siemens co-cultivation of automation professionals and the Shanghai Jiaotong University Global Operations Leaders project as examples to illustrate.This paper demonstrated from the school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate the graduate student's dynamic mechanism,the movement mechanism,the appraisal mechanism as well as the safeguard mechanism and so on.We found that there existed some problems such as system guarantee,lack of management guarantee and the government's role to be strengthened,so in order to solve the existing problems,suggested that universities and enterprises should develop training content,establish a scientific evaluation system,strengthen organizational security,strengthen the selection,appointment and management of teachers,and advised the government givig guidance and support in policy and legal aspects.With a view to improving the quality of school-enterprise collaboration to provide a reference for post-graduate training.
