Research About The Reform On Cultivating Model Of The Master Degree Graduate Students Major In Higher Education In China

In recent 20 years , the graduate students' education of the major of higher education in China has been made its rapid improvement.And the situation of the enlarged scale of its enrollment and the reasonable subject system have cultivated large numbers of talented people, thus preliminarily forming a cultivate model of graduate students with Chinese characteristicsm. However, the development of the cause of higher education as well as the change of required professionals in higher education have exposed lots of problems, which have affected the quality of cultivating graduate students. This paper, adopting such methods as document, investigation, comparison and theory, promotes the real improvement on the quality of its professionals as well as its theory fields.However,the main problems of the cultivating model of graduate students are as follows:the abstract target of cultivating;the simple model of cultivating; the empty model of research training;the formalization of quality appraisal,which results from such reasons as the imperfectness of subject system; the superficiality of educational idea; the irrationality of value orientation, etc. This paper, puts forward that the impractical and trifling situation of research on the cultivating model results from the superficial understanding on the professional attributes of higher education, and the provisions of personnel training. Therefore, it is very difficult to understand the quality and criterion of its cultivating, as well as provide the solutions to questions of cultivating model.Hence, this paper, based on studying its attributes, puts forward the reform thoughts of its cultivate model---- with its target of cultivating the high-level professionals with the strong research consciousness; with its framework of subject structure combining the"wide base "model with the field-divided one; with its cultivating model mixing theory with practice;with its construction of quality appraisal integrating the interior appraisal with the exterior one.
