According to the current trend of the world's development, more and more awareness has been paid on the graduate education, which undertakes the duty of cultivating the most sophisticated and creative talents. In China, it's so urgent to improve the graduate students'cultivation and advance graduates'abilities on the process of trying to build some world-class universities. Korea, one of the nearest neighbors and the worlds'advanced country, has some efficient and creative educational ideas and strategies. As far as the Korean graduate education concerned, flexibility and variability have been embodied in the graduates'cultivating model, it meets the personal demands. It's valuable for Chinese educational improvement to analyze Korean graduate educational model, reform and experience. The dissertation is taking the cultivating model as the tipping point to introduce the graduate education operation and characteristics in the two countries by means of literature studying method, comparative study method and case analytical method. Korean"three-graduate-system", diversification of cultivating targets and its flexibility of enrolment system and training form are all reference value for Chinese graduate education. Through the analysis research on the graduate education of both Chinese and Korean, the writer brings forward some suggestions to enlighten Chinese graduate education, and looks forward to the more prosperous.
