| In recent years,in order to realize economic transformation,and promote technological innovation,our country promote the development of vocational education and cultivate outstanding technical talents.Our country formulate relevant policies,establishe and consummate the relevant system,and put forward the talent cultivation mode of "school-enterprise cooperation".This kind of training mode can provide effective way for students to learn skills,develop teaching resources and improve the quality of education,reserve high quality technical talents to the development of enterprises and ease the employment pressure.It is of great significance for the country to realize the development of science and technology,to upgrade the industry,to adjust the structure,to improve the international competitiveness of the country.Under the new era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation for all",the cooperation of school enterprises has been a positive development.This paper mainly studies the problems in the cooperative management of school enterprises in vocational schools and provides countermeasures for the optimization of school-enterprise cooperation.In the exploration of the problems in the cooperative management of school enterprises,this paper mainly adopts the research method and the literature research method,summarizes the problems existing in school cooperation:The lack of government supervision and guidance,The enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in cooperation is weak,The school has insufficient teaching ability,Student internship quality lacks effective guarantee,The secondary vocational students are relatively poor in learning and so on.The analysis results in the following reasons: Imperfect policies and laws and regulations,The government is not enthusiastic about promoting school cooperation,The school has not attached importance to the cooperation of school enterprises,The interestsof the enterprise are impaired,and The impact of higher vocational colleges on the cooperation resources of vocational schools.In order to deeply understand the problem of the school-enterprise cooperation in practice,this paper adopts investigation method and chooses the national key vocational school---Yiyuan County Vocational Education Center School as an example.This school has carried out the school-enterprise cooperation for more than 30 years,and formed a solid cooperation between school and enterprise.This school can represent a significant portion of the secondary vocational schools.In order to solve the problems existing in school-enterprise cooperation,this article This paper adopts comparative study method and actively learns from the western developed country’s advanced experience of university-enterprise cooperation pattern,such as the German "dual system" mode.This article learns the good experience from the school-enterprise cooperation pattern of those countries,and provide useful suggestions for school-enterprise cooperation development in our country. |
