Due to the social from all walks of life to teacher industry with high respect and higher expectations,which makes the teachers have to face a lot of pressure and requirements.Teacher is one of the job burnout of the crowd,seriously affected the teachers' mental health of teachers'occupational tiredness and self development,has become an urgent problem that nots allow to ignore.Teachers due to pressure of work life when produce the symptoms such as depression,anxiety and insomnia can seek mental health services.Object:Through this study to investigate the primary and secondary school teachers' job burnout and stress situation,for primary and secondary school teachers mental health service demand of objective data;To understand the needs of the primary and secondary school teachers'psychological help to analyze the causes of job burnout and its influence,and the mental health services for primary and secondary school teachers of exploratory research,in order to improve the primary and secondary school teachers job burnout situation,for the school to strengthen scientific management,maintain and improve teachers' psychological health level,to set up the psychological counseling services for teachers and promote the professional development of teachers to lay the solid foundation,for the government in view of the primary and secondary school teachers in community mental health service policy,buy the corresponding service content to provide objective basis.Method:this study selected 2370 primary and secondary school teachers and over from districts L,Nanjing city as the research subjects,uses the questionnaire of general situation,teachers' job burnout questionnaire,cattell 16 personality factor questionnaire to survey the primary and secondary school teachers and erformed data processing and analysis with SPASS 20.0.Results:(1)The L area teachers in inspection comparison,title evaluation,wage income three pressure factor,split over 2,teachers will find these three is stressful;(2)The primary and secondary school teachers of different gender in the evaluation,preparing teaching and students' parents,salary income,income value,emotional issues for the body disease difference was statistically significant(3)Different titles professor,professor of different subjects and different grade students of teachers' significant differences in the aspect of pressure source;(4)Female teachers on to personalized factor than men;(5)Different teaching age,marital status,job title,nature of work,the professor's course teachers in job burnout feeling differences are statistically significant;(6)The 16 pf personality characteristics between male and female teachers in the three factor score exist significant difference.;(7)Of outstanding teachers and general personality traits in E,G,H and L on the four factors exist significant difference;Male teachers(8),C,A,Q4,B,Q1 five factor affect emotional exhaustion feeling factor,A,A,Q4,B,C Q1 five factor influence to the personalized factor,Q4,F,B,G,A five factor affecting low sense of achievement factor;(9)Female teachers have C,L,Q3,I,E,N,G,B,Q2,Q4 ten factors affecting low sense of achievement factors,there are C,Q4,A,G,O,N,Q2,E,F,L ten factors influence to individual factors,there are C,O,A,Q4,E,B,N,M,L nine factors affect emotional exhaustion factor;(10)As a major life event or severe psychological problems,or great pain or distress,teachers help preferences from high to low in turn is:talk to their family members or friends for help(71.3%),which won't choose(10%),go to counseling professionals and education departments jointly set up by the psychological service station(7.9%),the psychological counseling to the hospital(7.5%),to social individual consultants(3.2%);(11)If jointly by the competent department of education professional psychological consultants to set up service station for teachers,primary and secondary school teachers hope to get help or training-was chosen by the many to the few times in turn is:students' psychological problem to identify and handle the problem(1483),self emotion regulation problems(such as anxiety,depression,etc.)(1369),children education and parent-child relationship issues(1153),career development and planning problem(760),marriage and family relations problem(523),psychosomatic health problems(such as sleep disturbance,migraines,etc.)(3);(12)If psychological service or training arrangement,teachers' preferences of time to choose from more to less is in turn:short for full-time work time involved in(1184),a fixed time every week bases in teachers want to(667),involved in winter and summer vacation(337 people),is not willing to participate in(182);Conlusion:(1)The L area in mild to moderate,men and women teachers in general stress can be considered moderate pressure.But in the "inspection comparison","the title assessment","salary" on the three factors,split over 2,teachers will find these three is stressful;(2)L area of men and women teachers' job burnout feeling condition is in the normal range,all average less than 2,did not appear serious burnout phenomenon,far better than other provinces findings published in the domestic;(3)There are five personality factors for male teachers,there are 11 had a greater influence on the personality factors for female teachers;(4)Most teachers don't want to go to a special psychological help mental institutions;(5)Relative to their own psychological problems,teachers pay more attention to students'psychological health problems;(6)If there is an opportunity nearly half of the teachers willing to participate in the psychological service or training.The Teachers' psychological service countermeasures:(1)pay attention to the situation of teachers' occupational tiredness,bureau of education for teachers to establish professional psychological services;(2)as the primary and secondary school teachers to provide professional services to community mental health as a platform,to provide more psychological service and training opportunities;(3)attaches great importance to the inspection comparison,title evaluation,salary to teachers,the impact of improved assessment policies;(4)the importance of professional psychological service propaganda,to encourage teachers to professional psychological help;(5)knowledge about psychological lectures,courses in professional psychological training.
