Through the collection,integration and analysis of literature documents of domestic and foreign students with learning difficulties,this thesis is aimed at providing a theoretical basis for the research of impoverished mountainous rural middle school under achievers.Choosing the mountainous students of Chengnanzhuang Middle School,Fuping County,Baoding City as research objects,and its present teaching situation and outstanding learning problem as research background,the author interviewed and analyzed 100 under achievers and 50 achievers,40 front-line teachers and 50 under achievers' parents by questionnaire.The study found that under achievers had many serious problems,such as poor academic performance,poor learning attitude,poor self-control,poor learning ability,poor memory,inferiority,etc.What's more,the study also found that what leads to the learning difficulties can be summarized into three factors-their own factors,family factors and school factors.Therefore,I put forward the following measures to improve the learning situation of rural middle school students in poor mountainous areas by combining the actual teaching situation.First,cultivate under achiever students' learning interest and strong willpower and strengthen their mental health counseling;Second,change the educational concept of parents and create a healthy and harmonious family environment for students with learning difficulties;Third,from the curriculum,teachers arrangement and boarding students management to change the management mechanism of rural middle school;Fourth,change the education concept of teachers in mountainous areas,implement of appreciation education,strengthen the teachers' morality,improve the teaching ability of teachers,and change the traditional teaching mode,etc.
