With China further relaxing the universal two-child policy,the conflict between parenting and employment will become increasingly fierce for women.As the main body of fertility,women play a special role in the family,which determines that women need to invest more time and energy in their parenting.In the face of the rapid development of the current society and the increasing pressure of employment,women have to ensure their accumulation of human capital in vocational development,so that they can ensure their own value in the fierce competition in the market.However,that also needs to pay more time and effort.So when the conflict between parenting and employment is established,women often can not do a win-win choice.Then,it will have great significance.to help women get out of the conflict between employment and child care.The paper starts from the present situation of women's employment and the present situation of female employment and parenting.It uses the method of sociological theory and empirical research.Furthermore,it selects the main data of Hebei Province in the third issue of Chinese women's social status questionnaire and then do the analysis and description.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research significance and purpose;The second part mainly introduces the relevant theory,research design and research hypothesis;The third part mainly describes and analyzes the current situation of women's employment in Hebei province by using the method of descriptive statistics;The fourth part uses empirical research methods to test hypothesis and analyze the impact of parenting on women's employment;In the fifth part,there is the conclusion,in the same time,the paper puts forward the author's suggestion.Based on the three assumptions presented,and through logistic binary regression,we found that the risk of family impact work for female is higher than for men;Women with children are at greater risk of family impact work than those without children;The younger the child,the greater the risk of family impact for women;Individual factors have no significant impact on family impact work.
