Effective Reading is extremely important in language learning content,the main goal of language learning is to develop students’ ability to use language and words,through a variety of reading,can enhance language literacy,cultivate good moral character for the students to form the correct growth stage life,values and world view foundation。The new "language curriculum standards" clearly stated: "Chinese is a language learning using a comprehensive,practical discipline." For lower primary students,not only to learn the most basic good language knowledge,but also to develop reading skills.Currently,a number of ideas and teaching influenced by factors,curricular and extracurricular reading reading low grade pupils are not being taken seriously,their mutual effective Unicom Reading Ability missing。Based on real investigation,students in lower grades of primary school class inside and outside China Unicom reading research described.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,the main topics to clarify the meaning and origin of the selected research topic,a brief overview of the current research status at home and abroad commonly proposed research literature research,social surveys and case study method.The second part of the inner and outer low-grade class to read an overview of the theoretical basis of effective Unicom,China Unicom low-grade reading outside class is the basic requirements of the new curriculum standards,is a low-grade curriculum materials arranged teaching requirements,different stages of development in line with the needs of students in lower grades.Describes the low-grade reading class and outside class Unicom basic content that the internal and external low-grade class reading Unicom is an effective complement to extend curricular reading content,can effectively improvestudents’ language integrated low-grade literacy,help cultivate and establish a correct moral life values。The third part in Dongsheng District of Ordos City,classroom reading showed high consumption and low efficiency,low stage inside and outside class reading Unicom mentoring process is ignored,passive low-grade students to read large dependence Unicom limited reading outside class time,internal and external evaluation system reading lesson imperfect.The fourth part is focusing on low-grade reading class and outside class Unicom effective teaching strategies,one is the creation of an atmosphere of low grade students cultivate interest in reading,including the continuation of extracurricular interest in reading children guide curricular teaching of reading,to develop good reading habits,organization diversification of forms of reading activities 。 The second is to enhance language teachers outside class reading Unicom coaching skills,including attention to language use and promote each other outside class reading,improve low-grade students’ independent thinking skills,strengthen China Unicom practice reading outside class.Third,train younger students outside class reading Unicom correct method,including guidance,migration,and outside class reading effective Unicom,curricular and extracurricular reading expand activate textbook content,promote "broad" and "Bo" so into each other outside class reading complementary,attention inside and outside class reading to expand guidance.Fourth,the effective use of network technology Unicom read outside class,including electronic reading lessons guide students inside and outside the organization in the form of a variety of network reading activities.Fifth,the establishment of low-grade students to read inside and outside China Unicom evaluation mechanism lesson。...
