For the cause of education in China,the education of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang is of great significance and an inseparable part.In order to solve this problem,the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region government has made a lot of efforts: first of all,from the basic point of view,improve the basic education of ethnic minorities,increase efforts to train Xinjiang talents.Finally,local education should be stabilized,education level in remote areas should be raised,and education in developed areas should be caught up as soon as possible.Among the many efforts,the inland high school classes(referred to as "inner high class")and the regional junior middle school classes(referred to as "inner junior class")are the most efficient,and this model is extremely innovative.Especially the latter,inner junior classes,has greatly helped poor students in Xinjiang's remote areas,so that they can get better educational resources,and then with the education of students in developed large and medium-sized cities,to shorten the gap;moreover,inner junior classes have helped Xinjiang's inland high school classes,so that they can obtain many outstanding students.Source.Finally,we will create excellent conditions to promote the development of higher education for ethnic minorities in our region.In our district,the junior middle school in the district is of great significance and will promote the progress of education for ethnic minorities in our region.At present,this mode of running a school is a mode of innovative education,so few scholars pay attention to the internal junior class;especially the Chinese teaching,which is the foundation of the internal junior class teaching,is seldom studied.In this context,in the process of writing,this paper decided to Shihezi City as a case study;at the same time,supplemented by my practical experience as a junior middle school language teacher in Shihezi No.9 Middle School,to carry out the relevant research of the junior middle school language teaching,hoping to observe the Uygur and Kazakh students as the main part of the junior middle school language teaching.Class students learn the laws of Chinese language,understand the students in this subject,understand what problems and obstacles in the process of language learning;finally,with personal teaching experience,to reflect on;draw up solutions,strategies,in order to help the junior class language teaching,improve the teaching of Xinjiang minority students.In addition,to improve the quality of Chinese language teaching,and ultimately to provide their own strength to promote the development of basic education for ethnic minorities.In this paper,the specific content of the total,mainly focusing on the internal junior class language teaching;supplemented by classroom observation and personal teaching practice and reflection,the use of research methods,case studies and experience summary method,and other research methods,around the "internal junior class language teaching" this center,divided into four parts.In the first part,the introduction gives a brief description of the background,significance and purpose of this paper;the second part summarizes the current situation of the development of the junior classes in Xinjiang,the current situation of Chinese teaching in the junior classes and the basic law of minority students studying Chinese in the civil examination class;the third part mainly aims at the study.The present situation and learning situation of the junior middle school students in Shihezi No.9 Middle School are analyzed,and the problems and obstacles in Chinese learning are found,and the reasons are explored.The fourth part,combined with the reflection of personal teaching practice,puts forward the strategies to solve the obstacles of minority students in learning Chinese,and divides them into oral teaching and foundation.This paper puts forward some feasible teaching strategies and suggestions in terms of knowledge accumulation,reading teaching and writing teaching.In Xinjiang,all courses are taught in Chinese,so it is necessary to set up junior middle school classes in the district.In the inner class,minority students also use Chinese textbooks,which is no different from that of Han students;however,Shaosu minority students often cover Han(that is,minority students must participate in the college entrance examination,the same as Han students,using a unified test paper).There are two types of examination papers(ethnic minority students take the college entrance examination,the content of the examination papers is the ethnic language;the content of the examination papers is relative to that of the Han people)and the gap between the ethnic groups and regions they belong to is relatively large,which leads to the polarization of the Chinese teaching in the inner primary class,while the Chinese teaching texts in the inner primary class are polarized.In a short period of three years,he is faced with pulling all the students to a level line and coping with the test of the middle school entrance examination which is basically the same as that of the Han students.Therefore,in order to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,we should make a relatively complete Chinese teaching plan based on the students' psychological,cultural,cognitive characteristics and the structure of Chinese knowledge,and constantly adjust it in the actual teaching process so as to meet the needs of Chinese teaching in the internal primary class and the internal primary class.Chinese teachers should also make timely experience summarization and reflection so as to improve their teaching efficiency.
