The methods of documentation,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,experimentation,data statistics and logical analysis are adopted in this essay to explore and analyze the fitness behaviors and fitness demands of young female members from health clubs.The Pom style cheer dance exercise curriculum is transformed and innovated and by re-designing the guiding theory,the theory foundation,the principle of the design of exercise,the arrangement of the course,the aim,the contents and the techniques of teaching of the Pom style cheer dance exercise curriculum in this paper,this curriculum will become a fashionable,novel,scientific,healthy and specific fitting exercise and will meet the fitness demands of young female members from health clubs.Last but not least,this paper will evaluate the effects of this curriculum.In the evaluation,20 young female members will join the experiment and will take a three-month Pom style cheer dance exercise curriculum(3 study hours a week and a total of 36 hours in the curriculum).By studying the quantitative analysis of comparison of body indexes before and after the experiment and studying the qualitative analysis of the feed backs from the said 20 females,the paper reaches the following conclusions:(1)The curriculum design of Pom style cheer dance exercise curriculum can meet the demands of young females for interest and to lower fat,lose weights,shape the body and promote the exercise capacity.(2)After analyzing the body indexes before and after the experiment,it is showed that the index of body shape,the index of body function and the index of physical fitness before and after the experiment have a significant change and the female members receive a good fitness effect.(3)Class of Pom style cheer dance has a good intervention effect on tester's behavior.Health consciousness of learner is enhanced.Good habit of fit for learner is promoted and formed.Meanwhile,they pay more attention to science of fit.(4)After the experiment,the trainers are positive of the Pom style cheer dance exercise curriculum and show passions and expectation that the curriculum can be arranged in health clubs.The curriculum can meet the demands of its users,have a bright future and can be innovated and meaningful,which is worth a try in health clubs.
