The National Fitness Implementation Plan(2016-2020)proposes to create a social atmosphere of attaching importance to sports,supporting sports and participating in sports,and to promote national fitness as a national strategy.The National Fitness Exercise and Dance Competition is a large-scale mass sport event set up by the State General Administration of Sports.Since it was held in 2012,it has become an important part of the national fitness campaign in China.However,it is undeniable that from 2012 to now,the development of the National Fitness Exercise and Dance Competition is relatively short,and it is still in the initial stage of development.The principles,requirements,elements and ideas of the compilation of voluntary movements need to be further improved.This paper takes "the creation of optional gymnastic movements in the square of the National Gymnastic dance competition" as the research object.By using the methods of literature,observation,expert interview and questionnaire survey,it mainly divides the creation principles,requirements,elements and ideas of the optional gymnastic movements in the square of the National Gymnastic dance competition into four parts.The main results are as follows:1.In terms of general principles,the compilation of square gymnastics and dancing in the National Aerobics Competition should follow five principles: safety,comprehensiveness,simplicity,pertinence and scientificity.Among them,the principle of simplicity refers to a comprehensive consideration of the simplicity of the quality of the participants themselves,and the principle of science is the most easily overlooked principle.2.The General requirements of the square gymnastics and dance compilation of the National Fitness and Dance Competition are as follows: simple movements,easy learning,taking into account their own characteristics and artistry,the choice of music emphasizes popularity and coherence,the number of changes in formation should not be too small,and in the aspect of motion design,there should be no difficult movements of skill or catching up,nor the catching and catching of light instruments.3.The total rhythm of the square gymnastics and dance in the national fitness competition is 300-400 beats,with an average rhythm of 390 beats and a concentrated and reasonable rhythm of 360-400 beats.Too much rhythm and too long time will cause judges aesthetic fatigue.When compiling a set of square gymnastics and dancing works,it is necessary to control the rhythm reasonably and avoid frequent repetition of rhythmic movements,resulting in meaningless and ineffective movements.4.The creation of the optional action set of gymnastics and dance in the National Gymnastics and dance competition square should have certain innovative,artistic and aesthetic value in costume design,make people have a fresh visual impact,and have its own characteristics can be well integrated with the theme of its own set of action creation.It embodies the uniformity of gymnastics and dance costumes,music and dance elements in the square as a whole.5.The time for compiling a set of optional gymnastics and dancing actions in the National Aerobics and Dance Competition Square is controlled within a reasonable time range.The middle time is about 3 minutes and about 10 seconds.The competition time is too long,which is not conducive to the acquisition of points.6.The idea of creating square gymnastics and dancing in the National Gymnastics and dancing contest can be considered from the following steps: determining the baseline of the main body,collecting the main materials,checking the physical conditions of the participants,compiling the main body,modifying and perfecting the main body.
