| Hurdles Athletics competition is not just an important competitive sport,but also sports an integral part of teaching and training in the teaching content.In recent years,with the rise of Liu Xiang,Shi Dongpeng and a number of outstanding athletes Hurdles,Hurdles project more and more emphasis on school sports and student alike.With the vigorous development of the sports science,a large number of advanced teaching philosophy,strength training methods and means being constantly introduced Hurdles teaching practice,which is to improve the teaching quality of teachers has played a huge role in promoting.For nearly 10 years,the United States as the representative international high-level professional sports teams,widely used in the body of functional training approach(hereinafter referred to as ”functional training”).Functional training achieved good results in the training efficiency,competitive ability promotion and sports injury prevention and so on,it also become the hotspot in theory and practice of sports training in the world.Therefore,this research will be applied functional training to hurdles teaching,and through functional training,strengthen the students’ basic sports ability such as coordination,balance and stability,to correct and optimize the basic body posture,so as to prevent sports injury.Analysis on the relationship between the functional training and hurdles in this study is to find out the training method and the teaching content which can improve students’ hurdles,getting application promotion in the future hurdles teaching.In this paper,the Guangzhou sports University Education Sports Training Professional 2012 level of two classes for the study(22 in the experimental classes and control classes 23),using literature data,logical analysis,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.Control group used conventional hurdles teaching and experimental group used conventional hurdles teaching add functional training,conducting one month(16 hours)teaching experiment.At the end of the experiment,the test results of the 110 meter hurdles(standards and technical evaluation)and functional screening in the control group and experimental group were analyzed.Experiments show that: first,through the teaching experiment of a month,four functional action screening test for experimental classes changed obviously,there were very significant difference in P < 0.00 before and after the experiment,that in comparative class students only straight leg knee has significant difference before and after the experiment.In the process of experiment,the number of experimental class sports injury for 2,that in comparative class for 8,this shows that functional training can promote students’ basic sports ability and prevent sports injury.second,through the statistics and analysis of 110 meters hurdles technology evaluation and standards,we found that after the experiment of two groups of technical evaluation and standard all showed very significant difference,but the experimental group was better than the control group,it means that the functional training has a promoting effect on improving the 100 meter hurdles to standard and technical evaluation of teaching.Thus the following conclusions:1.Two class students through the teaching of four week,students’ sports ability are improved,the basis of functional action screening the action points all have varying degrees of increase.But the indexes of the experimental class were higher than the control class.It shows functional training can effectively improve students’ physical coordination,balance and stability,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of sports injury.2.After 16 hours different hurdles teaching,the teaching effect comparison show that the experimental class student’s skill evaluation scores of 86.09,while the control class score of 80.48,significantly lower than experimental class.Experimental class compared with that in control classes the students’ grades show significant difference(P< 0.05),which shows that compared to conventional hurdles teaching based on its added functional training to improve the students’ hurdle running performance,mastering hurdles technology produced by the effect is more significant.3.The functional training can enrich the teaching content.The method and means of its practice are novel and various,which can effectively arouse the students’ thirst for knowledge of hurdles and learning enthusiasm,at the same time can improve the students’ interest in hurdles sports,reduce the sense of dull and boring in technology. |
