| Functional training is a hot topic in recent years,and its application in the field of competitive sports has achieved good results.This study aims to integrate functional action with cross-bar running technology action and apply it to the teaching of hurdle running in order to optimize the action mode of cross-bar running technology and improve the teaching effect of hurdle running.Through teaching experiments,we explore the practical value of functional action integration training in cross-bar running teaching,and provide reference for cross-bar running teaching in the future physical education departments.In order to verify the feasibility and application value of the "functional movement integrated training" teaching method proposed in this article,the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,video analysis method and mathematical statistics method are used to study the methods from sports.Biomechanics,physiology,psychology and other theories,after in-depth analysis,demonstrate that it is feasible to apply functional movement integration training to hurdle running teaching.In this study,two female classes in general track and field courses in the physical education major of Guangzhou Physical Education Institute of Grade 20 were used as the experimental objects,hurdle running teaching was used as the experimental content,and the application of "functional movement integration training" in hurdle running teaching was used as the research object to conduct experimental research..The results show that:(1)Before the experiment,the physical shape and quality of the students were tested,and the results showed that P>0.05;through the questionnaire,the students’ cognition,interest,learning attitude and sports skills of the hurdle race were investigated,and there was no significant difference.It shows that the students in the two classes are at the same level before the experiment.(2)After the experiment,the standard and technical evaluation results of the experimental class and the control class were counted,and the SPSS statistical analysis software was used for significant difference analysis.The average score of the experimental class was 20.01±1.47 seconds,the average score of the control class was 21.48±2.59 seconds,and the difference between the two classes was significant P.0.036 <0.05,indicating a significant difference;The average score of the evaluation was 82.18±4.90 points,the average score of the comparison class technical assessment was 79.35±2.59 points,and the difference in the performance of the two classes was significant P.008 <0.01,indicating a very significant difference.On the whole,the cross-bar results of the experimental class with functional action integration training were better than that of the control class.(3)In the cross-bar technical analysis of the two classes,the average starting angle of the experimental class was 71.00 degrees,the control class was 72.60 degrees,and there was no significant difference between the two classes,but the average starting angle of the students in the experimental class was closer to the ideal angle of 70 degrees.The ideal value of the angle between the legs when emptying the bar is 120 degrees,the average angle of the experimental class is 123.20 degrees,and the difference between the ideal values is 3.20 degrees;The ideal value of swinging leg knee angle was 125 degrees,the average angle of the experimental class was123.60 degrees,and the difference with the ideal value was 1.40 degrees,the average angle of the control class was 133.00 degrees,and the ideal value difference was 8.00 degrees,and the average angle of the experimental class was better than that of the control class when swinging legs when passing the bar.The ideal value of torso angle was 47 degrees,the average of the torso angle of the students in the experimental class was 51.60 degrees,and the difference with the ideal value was 4.60 degrees,and the average of the torso angle of the students in the control class was 59.80 degrees,and the difference with the ideal value was 12.8 degrees,and the students in the experimental class had better than the control class at the front angle of their torso when they crossed the bar.Based on the above data analysis,functional action integration training has significant effect in optimizing students’ cross-bar technical action.(4)The student questionnaire after the experiment showed that: both classes of students are satisfied with the teaching of this,the experimental class students choose very satisfied with more than the control class.The experimental class is better than the control class in the consciousness of designing the action of the special exercise,in the brain interpreting the action process,the actual action and the imaginary action difference.Therefore,functional action integration training is more conducive to students to grasp the structural characteristics of the project and the law of movement,in the basic knowledge of the mastery is better than the traditional teaching method.It follows that:(1)Incorporating functional movement integrated training into the general hurdle race teaching can improve students’ performance in technical evaluation and achievement of standards.(2)The practice methods of dynamic stretching of lower limbs are incorporated into the general teaching of hurdle running,which helps to exercise the flexibility and flexibility of the students’ hip joints,and is conducive to the bending and forward swing of the swinging legs.(3)The practice methods of hip activation incorporated in the general teaching of hurdle running can recruit more hip myofibrils to participate in the exercise,which helps to lift the leg to cross the hurdle.(4)The integration of neuromuscular activation and trunk stabilization exercises in the general training of hurdles helps to control the movement of neurological appearance,and helps to make the movement coherent when the trunk leans forward when crossing the hurdles.(5)The integration of functional action integration training means in the cross-bar running teaching will help to improve students’ awareness of designing special technical actions,help students’ visual cognition and control ability of motion skills,and strengthen students’ mastery of basic knowledge. |
