Narrative Research On The Process Of Becoming Colleges And Universities Counselor Expert

As the backbone of ideological and political education for undergraduates to improve quality and efficiency,counselors are the important part of ideological and political education work team.Promoting the process of college counselors expertization,is not only the realistic need of improve the undergraduates' ideological and political education,but also the logic dictates of sustainable development for college counselors.The construction of college counselors expertization is the node to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for undergraduates.Strengthen the exploration of college counselors expertization is not only the important foundation for the development of college counselor themself and counselor team,but also the important strategy to realize the goal of cultivating talents in colleges and universities.With the economic globalization,the information networkation,the value diversification,the popularization of higher education,and the employment marketization,the unprecedented new situation and new problem of undergraduates occurred in the academic,psychological,employment and other aspects.Therefor,ideological and political education in colleges and universities face more arduous tasks,the environment is more complex,and the responsibility is more important.Based on the high of new situation and new challenges,face to the doubts and crux of the undergraduates' ideological and political quality in order to find the countermeasures and methods of setbacks and difficult of undergraduates in actual life,which urgent need to promote the professionalization,specialization,expertization of college counselors.Therefore,the in-depth study of the college counselors expertization,is an important task of college counselors and the ideological and political education.The paper uses the narrative method to explore the college counselors expertization,through the in-depth interviews with two representative expert counselors in Chongqing,collecting the first-hand information about them in the ideological and political education,discussing and excavating the impact factor of the counselors expertization.Aiming at the process of the college counselors expertization on this basis,colleges and universities should take effective measures to provide social support and protection mechanism for the development of college counselors expertization,and to stimulate the endogenous power of college counselors expertization.The main content of present study is divided into four parts.The first part will focus on the theoretical explanation of the narrative research of colleges counselors expertization.This part include three aspects: the meaning,quality requirements and professional orientation of college counselors,the connotation,basic requirements and stages of college counselors expertization,the definition,characteristics,and implementation of the narrative research,which is to lay the foundation for theoretical research.The second part will put emphasis on the narration of college counselors expertization.Based on the interview material of two expert counselors,our results show that counselors experienced the growth of professionalization-specialization-expertization,from a young worker to a professor counselor,which is reflected by A counselor,from lucky being a counselor to an expert counselor,which is reflected by B counselors.The third part will pay attention to analyzing the impact factors of college counselors expertization.Based on the analysis of the narrative text,current study from the aspect of endogenous motivation and external environment to examine the influence factors of college counselors expertization.The endogenous motivation include the dimensions of strong professional identity,noble education,creative work,consciousness of insight into the real problem.The external environment include the dimensions of society,university,and family.The fourth part will offer effective suggestions on the college counselors expertization.Based on the analysis of narrate and influencing factors,current study make suggestions to the colleges counselor expertization,by taking three countermeasures into consideration.For example,construct a good environment to improve the social support system,to take practical measures to consolidate the security mechanism of colleges and universities,and to strength the endogenous power of the process of college counselor experts.
