Badminton is fast,be the most changeful tactics,good sensitivity,characteristics of hand movements flexible and strong interest,so that young people are very easy to have a strong interest in the sport.This research adopts the method of measurement,the method of literature,interview and mathematical statistics,taking 30 students' Sports badminton club for the object of study,analysis of the badminton exercise effect on adolescents' physical quality and the reasons.The main contents of the tests are: heart and lung function,50 meter run,sit and reach,one minute sit ups,rope skipping,and lower limb explosive reaction speed.The results were as follows:(1)Badminton activities can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function in adolescents,vital capacity,respiratory poor improvement of outstanding performance,there are significant differences,to promote the quiet heart rate.There are a lot of running back and forth around and flexible turn badminton,pulmonary gas exchange deepen accelerate pump the ability of the heart to improve lung function improved,promote heart and lung function improvement.(2)Participate in badminton activities,teenagers have increased in speed,the average growth of 0.3s boys,girls average 0.2S growth,there are very significant differences.The rapid contraction of skeletal muscle badminton activity,muscle fiber cross-sectional area increase,has a significant effect on adolescent speed quality.(3)Male and female students participate in badminton activities and flexibility are improved,the average growth of 22% girls,boys average growth of 11.3%,but did not reach significant level.In the process of the badminton court step on the net,rub the ball,pick the ball,turned the ball in midfield,defensive swivel ball,promote the flexibility is improved.(4)Badminton activity has a significant effect on adolescent leg power,average growth of 3.9% boys,girls average growth of 2%,a significant effect.A stride,lots of badminton activities off,can effectively stimulate the gluteus maximus,unit four biceps and triceps,enhancement of lower extremity explosive force.(5)Badminton activities have a role in promoting the students core strength increase,the boys girls average growth of 10.7%,an average increase of 10.5%,but did not reach significant level.In the process of continuous,stomp,twist,under pressure,effectively stimulate the lumbar muscle group,promote the growth of core strength.(6)Badminton activity plays a significant role in promoting youth coordination,boys achieved growth of 17.4%,the girls reached 17.2% growth,have very significant impact.Badminton activity lasted for a long time,need various muscles,joints,ligaments and coordination work,reduce energy consumption,ensure long time.(7)Badminton activity has a significant effect on male and female students,boys and girls average 0.4s growth,an average increase of 0.3s reached very significant level.Badminton speed,need to determine the direction of the ball to start instantly,rely more on instinct,effective stimulus response speed improvement.
