The Chinese delegation has many athletes who won medals in major international competitions,such as the Olympic Games,from various sports schools.Youth sports school has become a solid foundation and an important component of China’s sports industry.This is also the reason why this paper chooses the teenagers in Haidian sports school as the object of study.Firstly,Haidian sports school badminton athletes do a physical fitness test,then according to the test results to adjust and improve the physical training program,in order to achieve better and faster to improve the overall competitive level of young athletes.According to the basic law and the physiological characteristics of the growth and development of young people,at the same time reference "Syllabus" Youth Badminton Training Chinese assessment methods on Youth Badminton Athletes in each age group and standards as an important basis for the physical fitness test and some young physical aspects of literature and expert interview as the basis of badminton screened the scientific and reasonable test index:1,attention: power quality in badminton throw 1min fast jump sit ups2,the quality of speed: 50 m sprint 25 m * 53,endurance: 1500 m run 3000 m run4,agility coordination quality: 10 low gravity center footwork,1min fast double swing rope skipping,15 m round-trip running around the pole5,flexible quality: body antexionThrough the above test methods,through the collation and analysis of the test results,we get some problems in the physical training of young badminton players at the basic stage: With a graduate degree,Haidian youth sports school Badminton Coaches coaches in the total number of 60% coaches,higher education,and the majority of coaches for more than 4 years of age,rich experience of cultivating excellent athletes is very helpful.But the lack of special physical fitness coach.Because fitness coaches are the makers,organizers,and implementers of physical fitness training.Professional fitness coach is the core member of physical training,and it is related to every link of physical training.Therefore,the lack of special physical fitness coaches is the most important problem for most young sports schools.Two,Haidian youth sports school badminton players’ strength is in the upper level,physical fitness test scores of outstanding athletes while accounting for only a small amount of good players the most,average teenagers also accounted for a small amount,a football shaped distribution.Among them,the upper limb strength,lower limb strength,endurance quality and agility coordination quality are obvious,but in the speed quality test 50 meters and 25 * 5 meters turn back,the result is relatively low.Three,coaches have physical fitness training programs,but most of the programs are short and medium term,and only a small number of coaches make long-term plans.Coaches can exercise their physical training program strictly in physical fitness training.Physical fitness training programs are suitable for most young athletes,but a few athletes suffer from an eating disorder in their physical training.
