In recent years,teachers professional training in countries around the world,the emphasis on education and puts forward the more strict requirements to teachers' industry.To shape a group of outstanding teachers,to strengthen the national strength are good guarantee,the pursuit of excellence teachers team construction is the inevitable trend of education development.Excellent teachers' growth path shows the characteristics of a certain stage.In vertical and horizontal two perspective,the longitudinal analysis,it covers the pre-service,induction and in-service three different stages.Horizontal analysis,in every stage of development,there is a greater space for development.Growth path of exploration for teacher professional development has an important value.It is the transformation of the teacher,which is the gradual growth of the ordinary teachers,which is the transformation of the individual teachers,and of course,the auxiliary function of the society.Teacher development life cycle,is has the personalized education of teachers' personal teaching policy and social development needs mutual break-in,produced by the information of education research value.How did they grow up in the process of growing up in a valuable history? How does the process of growth follow? What are the specific growth paths they chose? What are their professional characteristics? Posner,a famous scholar,has proposed that the development of teachers' professional development equals reflection and practice.So how does a primary school preeminent teacher reflect on growing up,and how do you get practical knowledge in the process of reflection? At present,the study of elementary school outstanding teachers growth path is less,many research results of present is not enough mature,so the author USES the life history research method,try in view of the above analysis.This article is composed of five parts:The first part: introduction,mainly introduces the research question is put forward,and the research goal and significance,literature review and the achievementof research related to define the core concept.The second part: the design of the study,this section mainly introduces the research methods,research tools and the subjects selected by this article.The third part: present an investigation into the history of the professional life of X teachers in Dalian city X primary school.The fourth part: analysis and discussion of the results of the study.Through the analysis and integration of relevant data,the author concludes that the growth path of primary school teachers is mainly: study,reflection,practice,summarize,study and public class game.Through the study of the life history of the teacher,the author analyzes the rules of the development of excellent teachers.Excellent teacher's professional characteristics.The fifth part: study and reflect.
