The quality of the class teacher is the important link between the school and the class teacher.The research on the growth path of excellent head teachers in primary schools can well promote the cultivation of excellent head teachers in primary schools.At present,the research on the growth of excellent head teachers in primary schools mostly stays at the level of what should be,and there is a lack of practical research.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the growth path of excellent primary school head teachers,find the characteristics and growth law of excellent primary school head teachers,and provide essential understanding for the cultivation of primary school head teachers.This study uses qualitative research paradigm and interview method to interview 24 training objects of municipal famous head teachers.By using the method of classification and coding,this thesis deeply studies the characteristics of excellent head teachers in primary schools,the growth stage of excellent head teachers in primary schools,the important events and nodes of the growth of excellent head teachers in primary schools,and the growth strategies of excellent head teachers in primary schools.The conclusions are as follows:The traits of excellent head teachers in primary schools include personality traits and professional traits.Among them,personality traits include broad and meticulous love,calm and rational treatment of students’ mistakes,and unremitting learning and reflection ability.Professional traits include the class management method of weeding out the old and bringing forth the new,the sense of responsibility willing to contribute,the positive role model of setting an example Fascinating subject teaching ability,adaptability of educational wisdom,and pivotal role of communication hub;The growth types of head teachers can be divided into internal cause driven type and external cause driven type.Both types include three development stages: novice stage,development stage and professional stage;In the growth process of excellent head teachers,key events and head teachers’ action have a decisive impact on whether head teachers can grow into excellent head teachers,which often determines whether primary school head teachers can become excellent;The growth strategies of excellent head teachers in primary schools include self growth strategies and school promotion strategies.The head teacher himself should clarify the development goal and promote the achievement of the goal by cultivating the action force.The school should strive to create a learning environment for the head teacher and promote the growth of the head teacher with external key events.There are three deficiencies in this study: first,the research method is relatively single;Second,there are limitations in the scope of the interview;Third,there was no follow-up and second interview on the details.In the future research,we can further deepen in the following aspects: first,conduct more in-depth interviews to further find problems.Secondly,quantitative research is carried out to further confirm and improve the conclusions of qualitative research through questionnaire survey.
