Case Work Intervened About Psychological Anxiety In Family Caregivers Of Dementia Elderly

In this paper,a community of Yingkou city as the research area,the dementia elderly grandfather G of family caregivers as an example,the investigation in the care burden and psychological pressure in the process of understanding the factors causing the anxiety,the working methods of case work,and case number of face-to-face communication,through the narrative therapy listen,case of the main ideas,problems,help the catharsis of negative emotions,for the case of the main provision of respite care,increase personal out,rest time,communication and coordination of community and relevant institutions,there is a need for the family to help and care necessary.Through the study on the elderly dementia family caregivers psychological anxiety,psychological status of caregivers and life status of better understanding,explore intervention means more effective,reasonable and appropriate prevention and intervention measures to improve the elderly family caregivers of dementia and physical and mental health and quality of life.In addition,the use of effective intervention for the elderly with dementia,provide a more comprehensive security care services,to provide the necessary support for difficult patients and family caregivers to actively help and intervention,can also provide reference for community service.Take care of the long process of the caregivers have mental health problems in a series,the anxiety is more obvious,the client case work,can effectively alleviate the negative emotions,improve the quality of life of caregivers,that has a significant effect on social psychological anxiety intervention in improving dementia family caregivers and can provide a more comprehensive reference to the research in this field.
