Study On College Students’ Forgiveness Character Fostering

"Forgiveness" is the traditional virtue of Chinese nation since ancient times,it is the basic attitude of dealing with personal moral relationship with others and requirements,refers to the communication between people must have a work and the moral quality of live and let live ".Forgiveness character education on college students’ ideological and political education is of great significance.Forgiveness for the harmonious development of society,individual character of psychological health,the national happiness index play an important role.College students lack of forgiveness character,interpersonal tensions and the weakness of advantage character highlights in ideological and political education in colleges and universities to cultivate character,the necessity of forgiveness.This paper elaborates the significance of students’ character forgiveness,forgive the college students is discussed theoretical basis and practical value of character,a survey of contemporary college students forgiveness tendency,puts forward the training college students’ forgiveness character of path,etc.This article has carried on the empirical research about the present situation of college students’ forgiveness character,1032 college students in the two universities in jilin province as investigation object,for the current general Heartland forgiveness scale tool,designed to probe college students on the forgive others and forgive yourself.Results showed that both forgive others and forgive yourself,university students overall forgiveness character performance is not ideal,but rural character is higher than the growth of college students’ forgiveness city college students growing up.College students’ lack of forgiveness character,also further stated the importance of students’ character forgiveness.Forgiveness character is based on the college students ideological and political education theory and the theory of positive psychology.In cultivating college students on the path to forgiveness character,from the concept of forgiveness,of forgiveness,and forgiveness atmosphere three aspects of ideological and political education for college students at the same time,set up the college students’ correct world outlook,the outlook on life and values,enhance sense of responsibility and well-being of college students themselves,actively guide college students to form healthy psychological quality,timely and appropriate for forgiveness character education,is helpful to avoid campus violence,to improve college students’ interpersonal communication and social adaptation ability,is advantageous to the formation of forgiveness campus atmosphere,to help college students to shape healthy personality,to promote social stability and harmony.
