In recent years,there are many countries pay more and more attention to the teachers' professional development.Our country also regards it as an important part of the national teachers' education reform.Rural teachers are relatively a large number in teachers group,their quality is very important to the development of education in China.Therefore,through field investigation and study,understand the development needs of rural teachers,study the needs and problems,put forward the strategy and plan,make the rural teachers' professional development more efficient and practical,have a very important significance to rural education and national education development.This study is based on the investigation of the present situation of the professional development of rural teachers,tries to explore a way to improve the status quo,give full play to the role of the network of professional development of teachers.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis,interviews are used.First,through the investigation of rural teachers' professional development to clear and existing problems,it is difficult for the policy to meet all the needs,rural teachers' occupation burnout,lack of resources and communication,information technology are their universal demand,and so on.Analyze the reasons and put forward the strategies of solving the problems,with the background of rapid development of information technology,how to use technology reasonable for rural teachers to support their professional development.This study is based on the lifelong learning theory,constructivism theory,training evaluation theory,put forward how to use the information technology to promote rural teachers' morality,enhance regional quality resources sharing platform,changes of rural teachers,rural teachers construct network community to promote the network communicate,construction of research oriented rural teachers online training mode.Then,based on the training mode,choose a training platform,a micro teaching system as the theme to design a practice and carry out activities after the end of data collection platform and observation data analysis,the factors that influence the training effectiveness is decided jointly by the trainees of individual factors and environmental factors.According to the influencing factors,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the training of rural teachers.
