Network training is an important way to the professional development of teachers in the information age, it is not a substitute for the traditional training, but the change and innovation based on the traditional training methods. Without time and space constraints, network training also has features such as openness and pluralism, which are able to meet the needs of teachers that they can study and training anytime, efficiently and easily, support teachers take the training with a combination of their daily teaching works, teachers not only can do online learning, but also can communicate and interact synchronously or asynchronously with experts and peers, so that teachers can take the ’out of the campus’training without leaving the campus.Currently in our country, the mental health education teachers in primary and secondary schools exist too many part-time workers, and there are also other problems like the lack of professionals. Mental health education teachers’professionalism and professional standards need to be improved, we need to pay more attention to teachers’ professional development. Network training provides a new way for mental health education teachers’professional development. In this paper, we consider the training needs of primary and secondary school mental health education teachers from Hubei Province, based on relevant literature research preliminary, statistical analysis of the survey results and the theoretical foundation, than explore a network training mode of teachers’collaborative assistance development. On the basis of the mode, we conducted a practical case study, the feedback survey and practical reflection, trying to provide a new idea for the professional development of mental health education teachers in the information age.The paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter summarizes the research background, clear the significance of thesis and describe the research ideas and methods. The second chapter defines the related concepts, analyzes the current development situation of teachers network training through the literature study, summarizes the existing research infrastructure and problems. The third chapter counts and analyzes the survey results of the primary and secondary school mental health education teachers’ network training needs in Hubei province, to understand the attitudes and research needs of teachers participating in the network training. The fourth chapter is a core part of this paper. Based on the theoretical basis of teachers network training and the survey results, we propose the elements framework and the collaborative assistance development mode of teachers network training. The fifth chapter is the practical part of the mode, In accordance with the network training mode of the primary and secondary school mental health education teachers in Hubei province, based on the ’Hubei Local Course Education Cloud’, we conducted a case study of the practice of teachers network training, and feedback surveys, and finally reflect on the problems in practice, summarizes the advantages and limitations of the mode. The sixth chapter summarizes and proposes the existing problems of this paper and follow-up research.
