At all times and in all countries,many great people see self-control as one of the basic principles of self-cultivation.Confucianism emphasizes "self-cultivation" and "self-denial";Platon,ancient Greek philosopher put forward "control is a kind of order,is to control the pleasures and desires".Self-control is an important factor in healthy personality.Starting from the children of this group characteristics,self-control is an active command of his own psychology and behavior of the individual child,is in the absence of external restrictions,to overcome difficulties,eliminate interference,to control their emotions and behavior,to ensure the realization of the goal of ability.Studies have shown that children in Australia,self-imposed delay of gratification development level was significantly higher than that of children in our country,the Australian children waiting for a long time,waiting for the strategic choice on the use of self-distraction and problem solving methods;on the other hand,China's children's average waiting time shorter,waiting for help seeking strategy use more strategies.In the children's self-control in Japan,the Japanese children in conflict resolution than Chinese children showed more self-inhibition in context,and Chinese children depend on adults more choice to solve the problem of reaction.Therefore,the development of children's self-control ability in China is lower than that in Australia and japan.In addition,research shows that children at the age of 4 self-control ability showed significant differences,and the period of children's self-control ability can effectively predict them in adulthood,cognitive and social skills level.At the same time,4,at the age of 5 self-control ability is higher level of development of children,in more than ten years after the parents have a good evaluation on the will in learning achievement,social skills,ability to cope with frustration and ability to withstand pressure.To sum up,the early stage of learning is the key period of the development of self-control ability of children,to seize this period to cultivate children's self-control ability,to promote the development of children's physical and mental health has an irreplaceable role.Therefore,in order to explore the development of children's self-control ability,the researcher analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward some pertinent and effective educational suggestions.Ecological system theory Bronfenbrenner proposes the interaction between the individual and the environment,the theory that environment system based on individual development including micro system,intermediate system,external system and macro system,the various elements of the system and its internal from different aspects affect the development of the body.This provides a new perspective for the study of children's self-control ability.This research uses literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods to explore the development of children's self-control ability.Among them,using self-designed demographic questionnaire,the children's self-control teacher rating scale "and" 3-7 years old children's temperament questionnaire,questionnaire survey on teachers and parents of children in three kindergartens of Shenzhen city in Nanshan District,to understand the impact of children's self-control ability development factors.The results show that the development of children's self-control ability and each dimension,showing the balanced state of development in breadth,presents the general characteristics of the medium level of development in depth;the development of children's self-control ability and the ability of its dimensions showed significant differences in age,its development level improved with age the growth of different gender;children's self-control ability development also has the difference,but the difference was not significant;only children and non-only children also showed significant differences in the development of self-control ability;the different family education environment,children's self-control ability development level show the difference between the mother the level of education,time with her father and mother parenting on children's self-control ability has significant predictive effect for the different development of kindergarten teaching;Under the environment of education,the development of children's self-control ability also showed significant difference,among them,the teacher's teaching experience and the teacher's preparation had a significant predictive effect on the development of self-control ability.Through the analysis of current situation of the development of children's self-control ability,reveal the factors that influence the development level,from the perspective of the ecology of human development theory,combined with the physical and mental development of children and families of kindergarten education and the actual situation,put forward some effective strategies to cultivate children's self-control ability in the environment of familyeducation,parents should actively learn knowledge education.To enhance the educational skills;correct educational idea,improve parenting style;emphasizing observation imitation,select the appropriate maintenance;increase accompany time,improve the education efficiency;strengthen their cooperation,improve the quality of education.In the kindergarten education environment,teachers should pay more attention to children's individual differences,improve the peer acceptance level;teachers should set an example,establish the image of authority for children;strengthen the rules of education,promote the internalization of kindergarten rules;optimization of their homes,together with family education.
