Emotion is one of the crucial factors that affects the professional development of kindergarten teachers.Thus,it provides an effective starting point for promoting the professional development of kindergarten teachers through researching on their emotion.The emotions of kindergarten teachers,positive or negative,usually occurred inevitably during their working time under the influence of multidimensional factors from either subjective or objective aspect.Facing with such common phenomenon,there are several questions to be answered.Such as,in which situation will kindergarten teachers evoke emotion and what kind of emotion phenomenon is it? What are the factors which result in the occurrence of the emotion of kindergarten teachers? In order to clarify the questions above,this research investigated and explored the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' emotion theoretically and practically.In this study the qualitative research methods were adopted to collect teachers' emotional case via observing and interviewing teachers of a public kindergarten in Shanghai.Meanwhile,teachers' emotional cases were analyzed from three perspectives??interpersonal relationship,role and link??basing on the Ecology of Human Development,and finally revealed the factors that affect the emotion of kindergarten teachers.Finally,some findings were found from the research: Firstly,the factors that influence pre-school teachers' emotion are multiple,including:reciprocity,balance of power,affective relation,kindergarten teacher's self-identification,role expectations on others and the character of the link.Secondly,the influencing factors on kindergarten teachers' emotion are concealing.Although the direct factors of teachers' emotion are usually from the interactive object,due to the limitation from the rule of emotion-expression,the deeper reasons of kindergarten teachers' emotion are complicated,and these deeper reasons are concealing.Thirdly,the key factors influencing teachers' emotion was embodied in two aspects.On one hand,the balance of power is the realistic basis of influencing kindergarten teachers' emotion.Whether teachers have power or not tightly influenced their emotion.Thus,whether kindergarten teachers own power in their daily work influenced their emotional state.On the other hand,the supportive linkage is the powerful guarantee for the generation of kindergarten teachers' positive emotion.When the linkages among different settings are supportive,it will promote teachers' development and prompt the occurrence of kindergarten teachers' positive emotions.Based on the study findings above,some possible suggestions were put forward to promote the healthy development of kindergarten teachers' emotion,such as it is necessary to strengthen the situational emotion education toward preschool teachers and improve teachers' emotional attainments;It will be better to establish an emotion-dredging system and also an emotional kindergarten atmosphere;It will make sense to promote social interaction and build a social emotional supporting system.
